Do I need to create a separate rewards account from my Hinterland Outfitters account?
No. Your Hinterland Rewards account is automatically connected to your regular Hinterland Outfitters customer account. Simply create an account or log in on our website, and you’ll automatically start earning rewards points on eligible purchases.
Do I need to be logged in to earn rewards points?
Yes. To ensure your rewards points are tracked properly, you should be logged into your Hinterland account when placing an order.
How do I earn Hinterland Rewards points?
You can earn points by creating an account and placing orders on Hinterland Outfitters. For every dollar you spend, you’ll earn points that can be redeemed for savings on a future order. $1 Dollar = 1 Point
When are my rewards points added to my account?
Points are added to your account after your order has shipped. This ensures the order has been completed successfully before rewards are issued.
How do I redeem my rewards points?
When you are ready to use your points, you can convert them into a discount code from your rewards widget on the checkout page. Simply apply that code in the coupon section during checkout on your purchase.
Can I use my rewards points together with promotional coupons or store credit?
No. Rewards points cannot be combined with promotional coupons, discounts, or store credit on the same order. Only one promotion may be used per purchase.
I placed an order but forgot to log in to my account. Can I still receive my rewards points?
Yes. As long as the order was placed using the same email address associated with your Hinterland account, the rewards points can still be credited. If you notice that points were not added after your order ships, simply contact our support team at info@hinterlandoutfitters.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
Do my rewards points expire?
Rewards points may expire after a period of inactivity on your account. We recommend using your points periodically so you don’t miss out on your rewards
Can I transfer my rewards points to another account?
No. Rewards points are tied to your individual account and cannot be transferred to another customer.
Can rewards points be exchanged for cash?
No. Rewards points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for discounts on future purchases at Hinterland Outfitters.
Are all products eligible for rewards points?
Most purchases qualify for rewards points. However, certain products, promotions, or special pricing may be excluded from the rewards program.
Is there a limit to how many rewards points I can use on an order?
Rewards points are redeemed as discount codes and may be subject to minimum order values or maximum redemption limits depending on the reward selected.
